have added my own special little touch! - I got an idea from playing SM64DS:
Instead of making Mario stand on a Mystery Block, a Koopa Shell or whatever...
how about the bridge of Peach's Castle? 
I basically experimented like crazy here... involved a LOT of dodging, burning, gradients, highlighting, toning, smudging, bluring and any other option Gimp has available XDDD;
A bit of self praise here... I FREAKING LOVE THE WATER!
